On good days, which I have more often than not- Thank God!!!- I do a 5 Minute Arm Toning Workout with my mom. I love this one because it gently works my arms from every angle!! I do Lisa's arm workouts from time to time, but this one is best for me to do every single day that I feel able to do it, which seriously is every single day unless I'm particularly fatigued.
I also like to do a 5 minute ab workout from YouTube. I follow my Pilates principles when I do these, so I don't do it exactly the same way as is shown in this video. But a proper crunch is a proper crunch and I definitely feel it when I do this video!! I also try to do a good Pilates video from Lisa's studio to help me stretch all the way back out after I do these crunches.
Last, but not least I've been trying to work my legs a little bit. I just found this video on YouTube to show you, but I have been doing these without a video. I've had to really be careful, though, because these are brand new to my workout regime and I might have set myself back a little the first week I introduced them to my little legs, lol!! I only use 5 lb weights, and even that might be a little too much for right now.
Anyway, that is my work out routine, such as it is.

PS Haha, I knew I was going to forget something!! This move in the above picture is one I do almost every day with 5 lb weights. I love doing this one!!
