God bless Him, He helped me get sooo much done today!!!! I am pretty excited about the changes to my site. Can you guys tell a difference?? I added Facebook and Pinterest to my site!!! Are the extra buttons on the home page abit much?? Let me know what you think. I also updated my "Author" thing right there, on the right. And I added a picture....what do you think??
Also, let me know if you make my delicious breakfast!! I'd love to know what you did differently!! Everyone's tastes are sooo different!!
P.S. we are on day 65.....that means we have 300 days left to do this thing!!!! :0)
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour (my mom grinds all her own wheat, so if you can do it this way, I highly recommend it!!)
- soy (or almond) milk- I don't measure, but I only put in a teeny, tiny little bit.
- a handful of blueberries
Beat the eggs in a bowl, then mash up the banana with the eggs. If you're only going with just the basics, you can pour your batter in your pan now. If you're going with my full recipe, put in your flour and mix that with the eggs and banana, and then pour in your milk. Again, milk is optional, too. Then put in your blueberries and pour your batter in your pan. I usually make 3 hugs pancakes with this batter.
This morning, I cut up strawberries and kiwi and put them on top. Needless to say, I was stuffed when I finished my HUGE breakfast!!!!
