I didn't count gifts today at Noon. But when I look back, I can count gifts, is that good enough?? :0)
-Grilled cheese, and I made fried cheese for my parents again.
-Warm layers: two pairs of socks, skinny jeans, a long sleeved shirt, a shorter polka dot dress, and a chunky sweater. I swear it was cuter than it sounds.....I think, I hope.
-The beautiful snow
-The friends who came in the snow and cold.
It's been a good day. :0)
P.S. About yesterday's post, and how I saluted military spouses. To anyone reading this, and who read yesterday's post: I know it's not all sunshine and roses for any military family. I hope I didn't step on anyone's toes by including that part. One Navy boy told me years ago, "It's sad, no one is true to anyone here!!" For alot of military personnel, their parents aren't even on their side- i knew a guy like that, too. In my family, the moms have been troopers as they've been through deployments. But also in my family, 2 got married, one marriage has survived. The others have been in relationships and even engagements and they've gone awry. I know the casualties of war are numerous, and one of the common casualties is marriage and relationships. My heart breaks for those. So, I hope I didn't cause any pain in anyone when I posted yesterday, if it did, I apologize!!!
